All the love here is overwhelming, but Pucky’s Christmas Ornament of Peace is something I hope everyone can hang from their tree this year. I love his bashful smile.

The raccoons certainly prove that recycling works, and in a big way.

Perfect! I love Tommy’s FRIEND and Goldie’s ALLY letters (there must have been two discarded typewriters). I think Agnes has a ? and Alice has a !

I love that Lupin and Natasha’s medals match their eye color!

But dare I say it, Lupin TOEBEANS! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! We have been so distracted by World War Mole that we had practically NO kitty toebeans in months!!!! Yippee for the return of TOEBEANS!

But what about Elvis? Surely there’s a medal for the most dignified war correspondent?

They are all apropos. I love it.

Georgia began this strip focused on the little family and their cats. Later, expansion into the whole community. Now, multiple populations of a great variety of creatures. She’s creating a Universe, y’all. Lucky us!

That Man received a call so late last night that it was technically morning, and dutifully dashed out the door. He was out several hours, and when he returned, he did not come into the kitchen where my blue plastic kiddie pool is for some time.

I’m never one to be nosey, however I am always INTERESTED in the local happenings, especially when they are happening locally in my home.

And so I ate my way through the baby gate and ambled down the hallway.

There is someone dramatically caterwauling in the back guest room. I tried to get a peek under the doorway but my clicky claws were in the way and then that Man gently, respectfully nudged me back down the hall and into the kitchen with a broom.

He does his best.

Natasha and Thimblefist deserve the Medal of Yavin , the same award given to Luke Skywalker and Han Solo after the battle over the moon of Yavin with the Deathstar.

Thimblefist’s Pocket watch of Valor is reminiscent of the Flava Flav Medal of Honor (?) a giant clock on a chain. But nobody will question Thimblefist’s quick action and reflexes as he battled the enemy, beak to thimble.

Where is the trophy room?

What they didn’t tell you Puck is that because you violated your journalistic ethics you are no longer on the BCN news team.

Oh Georgia, your Halloween costume turned out perfectly splendid! I hope you had an adult party to attend after Trick or Treat it’s the kids.

Puck’s modesty is 100% genuine.

Meanwhile my raccoons have offered me the Barbie of Disorder and the costume jewelry necklace of Entanglement and the Sewing Machine Cam of I’m pretty sure they’re into my neighbor’s stuff again! I’ve been to the neighbor and the sewing machine cam is from a 1960’s Singer in her attic and that would seem to indicate they have found a nice, warm place to spend the winter. The doll turns out to be not technically Barbie, but Jazzie, who was discontinued in 1992, so a thirty year old doll and not one her little girl was playing with. Also, not from her attic. And neither of us recognize the jewelry. Mysteries abound!

The little ones, who know me well enough that I don’t much bother them, but generally avoid getting too close, all came right up to me last night to investigate why I suddenly grew a winter coat covering my arms and legs! Because it’s the year’s first freeze warning, my little friends! They snooted all around, determined I was still me, and then trundled away to cause more mayhem. The news forecast says our winter will be warmer than average due to El Niño but the raccoon coat forecast says cold, they also are very very lushly coated all of a sudden.

Pucky, you truly are a peacemaker!

Even after your “sources” mislead you and you broadcast the “wrong” location, I am sure everyone will still trust ol’ Pucky. I know I will!
