If all they’re going to do is think and pray, they should give up their seat for someone who might actually try to solve. Thinking and praying would be as helpful with them in the unemployment line.

A huge tax on ammunition might slow down some of the mass murderers. Something on the order of $10 per round, and keep adjusting it so it tracks the cost of living index.

“We the people” does not mean individual people but people of the US as a whole. Likewise, “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms” is not talking about individuals (although it’s been interpreted to be a possible meaning) – it means our government has a right to have a standing army/militia. If we can vote in people who can stand up to the whole mis-definition of the ‘right of individuals to own guns’, we’ll finally have a chance to stop the mass shootings.

Let’s all ignore that the vast majority of “mass murders” are committed by inner city democrats.

Maybe lots of prayers but little or no thought.

We have plenty of Gun Laws on the books. Chicago, for example, has some of the toughest gun laws. They seem to be working really well there. Criminals and other bad people will be the only persons with guns. How good is that going to work? It’s NOT the gun it’s the person! Enforce the laws we have. No more slaps on the wrist for violators.
