If it’s like the rest of the previous administration, that gate is so corrupt that it will take a massive overhaul to get it back into working order.

Those thieves were stealing my taxes for years and years! They would have continued doing it if the voters hadn’t said “ENOUGH”!

Repuglicans are going to cut taxes for 835 billionaires by 4 TRILLION dollars over 10 years and are going to pay for it by gutting Social Security and the MAGAt Secretary of Commerce says MAGAts are too stupid to notice their checks aren’t coming. He has a point there.

Why won’t the Castle of the Deep State open their door? Oh, they want to hide, defend and continue their corruption and political operations that harm America.

So far, DOGE has UNsaved us a half trillion dollars. That’s the GOP’s definition of efficiency.

Gaslighters are so…. insecure. Makes them difficult to impossible to deal with in any production. Gotta hold their hands and stroke their wet rice paper egos thru everything if one wants to get anything accomplished with them around (I will NOT ). They DO crumble pretty easily ; )

Time will tell who the real gas lighters are. My family in the federal government are pretty happy with the gates being broken down. 12 years as Feds and they are jumping happy watching those that created little value leave their agency.

9 weeks ago today the United States of America was the Leader of the Free World, and had the best economy of the Free World with lowest rate of inflation, highest rate working, lowest rate of unemployment, and record new manufacturing. Our allies were strong and committed to us. All made gone by very silly and stupid people.

Congress has the sole power to determine how the agencies of the federal government are created and organized. Congress did not authorize the “Department of Governmental Efficiency”. In a stroke of massive irony, this so-called DOGE will be INefficiently headed by an easily distracted billionaire autocrat whose massive ego, self-assured overconfidence at always getting his own way, outsized distractibility, and short attention span are practically a gold-plated guarantee of hasty, unplanned starts and half-finished projects — the literal converse of efficiency.

Apparently this experience-free egocentrist has taken it as his remit to dismantle the agencies that actually elected officials have, over the course of centuries, established to meet the needs of American citizens. And to do so as quickly as possible, using meat cleavers instead of scalpels. His motto appears to be “Act in haste, repent at leisure — but hey, why repent at all?”.

If truth in advertising applied to the current administration, this extra-legal assault force would be more accurately named the “Department of Destroying Governmental Effectiveness” (DODGE).

One of Putin’s political advisers, just before the Russians attempted (and I use the word advisedly) to invade Ukraine.

I think the battlements should be about twice as high, by the way … not much protection as they now are; but then again, the other force has no intention of besieging the castle, has it?
