Interesting problem with AIs is that they have no now. Sort of like the “now” of when a book was published for their training data… Humans have too many nows, such as the fake now of reading fiction (including comics) overlaid on our human notion of continuous now.

I suspected a pun setup in the first frame. Knew for sure in the second. Paraphrasing Pig, Pastis ‘takes forever to get ready for a’ pun. A pun that does not take me by surprise is not a good pun.

I was once crushed by love that almost cost me everything. Then I was blessed. I don’t know what I did to deserve it, I’d like to do it again just as a ‘Thank you’. But I absolutely believe it is a blessing. 31 years now and counting.
