do I get the feelin’ that ‘tis Tiffany who takes care of the dog’s little destructions whereas Stefani, Bets, and Dez, just snuggle with him?

Puddles will always be Number One!

Puddles came from a litter of 3 pups with weak bladders. Puddles, Dribbles, and Tinkles.

Of course Stef is going to fawn over the dog until somebody else cleans up the mess. But I’m kind of disappointed that Bets and Dez are ignoring Tiffany’s question.

Well, so much for being responsible dog caretakers.

Puddles isn’t stressed, far from it; but he’s sure not housebroken…and if every time he has an “accident”…and he gets that response, there will be plenty more "accidents’; hint: it ain’t no “accident”.

Might be too long since Tiff had last seen Puddles. It doesn’t look like she recognized him. So, Gunther needs to make his appearance like NOW! What happened, Bets? I thought you do selfies for your fans of anything that goes on in your life. Show off your new pet….so Gunther sees him!

I hope by the end of this week that Puddles is back where he belongs. He might cry tonight for home.

Tiff likes football players. She might think of putting a row of stitches on his back and send him for a long bomb, thinking it might impress a football player.

This is too much like the deal with my brother when we were kids. We hshared a dog, Sparky, and my brother explained to me, his little sister, that this meant that the dog was half his and half mine. He would take the outside and I could have the inside. This meant that feeding and cleaning up after him was my responsibility, since I owned the digestive tract. Grandma disagreed with this, for which I feel grateful.

Look like Tiffany’s relationship with all of her roommates is really deteriorating. I was really hoping she would be able to remember about Puddles. Now all hopes are on a possible visit from Gunther, or that Tiffany will see the “Missing Dog” ad in the media or at The Fuse. Because the Degroots are definitely looking for their dog and Luann and Jack will have already carpeted the streets with photos of Puddles. Good thing Puddles looks happy.

By the wat are they inside the quad or outside. The corner the three are standing in seems odd for the inside of a small room, yet why would they be standing around an illegal dog out in the hall way.

Tiffany, some advice:

1) Call the DeGroots and tell them where Puddles is.

2) Report your roomies to the campus authorities.

3) Move out of that dorm and back into your old man’s mansion. Believe me, ghosts would be better roomies than those three!!

Gunther will come walking in and ask “is Luann here?”

“Secret dorm dogs” also poop. They need food, water, and veterinary care. They need to be taken for walks. They also chew things when they are bored. Methinks the novelty will soon wear off when they realize how much it actually costs to keep a dog…. A dog that they’re not supposed to have anyway. Everyone loves to cuddle and snuggle the pet, but no one wants to do the work… Feeding, cleaning up messes, etc.

I thought Tiffany and Puddles already knew each other… Am I wrong?

WHY is Tiffany putting up with this abuse?? Being alone in a big mansion couldn’t possibly be worse than this.

Stressed?!?! No, he had to pee and so far no one has talked about feeding, watering or taking him out for a REAL potty break.

Tiffany doesn’t recognize Puds!? Dez is acting more like Stef than herself. Even Puddles is acting like an ungrateful little turncoat. Meanwhile, the DeGroot household is grieving over the loss of their beloved pet. Tiffany is the controlling adult in the quad!? What has happened to this arc???

Today, some fans are of the opinion that Tiffany has yet to get a real good look at Puddles. Panel two would seem to indicate otherwise.

It appears (At least to Me) that Tiffany doesn’t recognize/know Puddles. Either We’re witnessing yet another case of the Strip’s ever-spreading amnesia, or Tiff’s not knowing Pud is deliberate to stretch out the story to the end of the week or maybe even to the next.

The main thing is that Tiffany is NOT happy about have a pet in her dorm.

Plus, once again, Her roommates are ignoring her feelings on the matter.

Someone else here today mentioned that Tiffany might “drop a dime on Puddles.” Considering Tiff’s justifiable attitude today, and the way she’s being treated, I’d say THAT could happen. The “old” Tiffany wouldn’t have thought twice about it.

I’d hate to see Tiff turned into the “bad girl” again. So, come Gunther/Bernice. Visit and END this.

But I’m getting the feeling THST is NOT going to happen here.

You’re telling me that Tiffany has never met Puddles before? Not in the whole decades she’s known Luann?

I would have thought that Dez would be responsible about caring for an animal. And would think they should check for a chip before deciding it’s “theirs.”

A well-timed turd while one of them is holding him could have a major impact on their enthusiasm towards keeping him. Make it happen. And a big one, too.

They are really going to drag it out that Gunther or Bernice will save the day…

Guess Gunther will have to identify Pud and save the day/dog.

If " Ms. Clueless," “Ms. Social Media,” and/or “Ms. Natural,” can’t be responsible for handling the “widdo cootie’s” “oopsie,” then if even if he wasn’t Luann’s dog, those three don’t deserve a “secret dorm dog.”

Even if Tiffany does not (somehow) remember Puddles, she will be motivated to get him out of the dorm and back to his owners. Puddles will be home by Saturday.

Well, that just removed all sympathy I might’ve ever had for these three characters. What a bunch of a-holes.

OK, Bets has not spent much time with Luann, but Dez went camping with her and I can think of a dozen times over the years that Tiffany has met Puddles at talent shows etc,Considering Tiffany works at the Fuse I would think she might recognize Puddles

Then she should make it perfectly clear from the start that she IS NOT going to clean up after or take care of the dog in any way. And if the others expect her to do all the grunt work, then the “secret dorm dog” won’t remain a secret any longer that it takes her to get to the powers that be and report it.

This arc is unnecessary. Why do we want the strip to show Luann’s anguish in losing her dog? I don’t see any humor or point to it except dwelling on Luann’s sadness. If the pee joke is an example of the humor that this arc will have, it’s very lame.

Dez has, and it sounds like at some point Tiffany has. But if they’ve only seen him once or twice, and/or years ago, AND they don’t know Luann’s dog is missing, they very well may not put it together,

I adopted a great dog years ago from a shelter. He was so great, just a wonderful dog, so loving and loyal, but I could tell he always remembered his first family because every time he saw a young man with small children he would act like he recognized them. He was so devoted to me, but he always remembered them. It made me wonder what happened for him to be in the shelter.

So Puds peeed on the floor; soon he’ll need to take a dump and maybe someone will suggest they take him for a walk and maybe Bern will spot him on campus.

Puddles is soaking in all the attention. : )

Surprisingly, all three of those girls are irresponsible and not fit to have a pet! Not even Dez, normally the nearest-to-sane one. If you cannot or will not clean up after your pup’s accidents, you are unfit to be a pet-parent.

Anyone else glance at the third panel and wonder for a second why Bets had her shirt pulled up?
