I heard that phrase when Harvey Korman was the Guest Star on The Muppet Show.

I guess he wanted to do it his way.

Good thing he wasn’t a fan of Bugs Bunny cartoons. “That’s all, folks” would just seem odd.

But, a generally accurate statement of what life includes. A train with no timetable, no conductor, and few stops along the way.

Good thing he wasn’t into AC/DC

Didn’t do him much good there, at the end, did it?

On mine I want “I did it my wayyyyyyy”. Yes, with seven "y"s. Thanks Mr. Chairman.

Was he shot down in May?

I could think of worse things for my gravestone.

That’s life, that’s what people say. Riding high in April, shot down in May.

Everyone who got here never asked to be here. But once here, very few (that I know of) want to leave. As for me, I hope not to go out kicking and screaming. If it could happen in my sleep, even better.

If he were here he’d say, “Glad you did it my way.”

Hope they gave him his vagabond shoes for the trip.

I like “Jack and Diane”, but I don’t want their names on my tomb stone. …speaking of Tomb Stone, does anyone like TombStone Pizza?

Life is just a bubble that can burst any moment.

Have “Geezer” and “Silly Season” gone to sleep yet?

Looks like it was a really lousy year…..

My father’s cousin had them play “My Way” at his funeral. He was the one who only came to our house once a year when we were kids to show off his new Cadillac.

That’s life, then that’s death. Too bad he never finished the sequence in song.

I think these cartoons reflect an actual reality. Wives burying their husbands are getting more frequent. Just check any doctor’s office and you will notice a lot of widows and barely any widowers.
