His cognitive decline should bar him running for president as he’ll make a bigger mess than he did last time. If he does steal power there will be no speaking appearances and the backroom republicans will be running the country. They’ll have Trump stuffed and mounted and pretend he’s still alive than let Vance make the decisions.

Is the problem the demented Fat Orange Clown (the FOCer) or the fact that there is such a large percentage of American voters willing to support him and destroy our Democracy?

Perhaps it is just this ridiculous electoral college method that permits an ignorant malignant minority of voters to make someone president.. including a bigly HUUUUGE loser candidate by a count of millions.

When voting for President I bet most people do not think about the order of succession. I do. Maybe it’s because of JFK’s assassination. In 2008 there was quite a decision to make between the two leading candidates for President. McCain and Obama. At least there was until McCain selected Sarah Palin as his running mate. Just saying.

Vance’s comment reveal more about him than they do about King Donald. Trump’s actions are at least consistently contemptible. What’s truly disgusting is the hypocrisy of the Republican party ‘leadership’. Just when I think McConnell or Graham might have relocated their spines, they promptly sacrifice them to Trump again in the name of party over country.

The confidence is rooted in Mr. Lichtman’s simple, history-driven model, which tunes out polls and pollsters and instead focuses on 13 true-or-false questions that he says hold the “keys” to the White House.

I’m not sure Trump is bothered by reminders of past criticism by people like Vance, Cruz, Rubio etc. He probably sees them as vanquished enemies who have bent the knee to him, and the fact that they hate him probably makes their obeisance that much sweeter.

WOW, I am starting to like early JD. Really, though, this is a totally 100% live recorded psycho event where we can study people like JD who are already prepped to become cultists based on racism and religion, who, when confronted by a super con man, literally give up sanity in exchange for the cult’s clear beliefs, no matter how preposterous, ignorant, factually inaccurate or even suicidal! This shows us just how easy it is for people to become a rabid pack of stupid vicious people.

I’ve seen a few comments today responding to comments made about the mental decline of Trump. They respond with “What about Joe Biden?” Why are people wasting time on this? Uncle Don has been undeniably rambling (“weaving” if you like), slurs his speech, and denies truths that we ALL have seen. We just want to take his keys; he certainly shouldn’t be driving. It has nothing to do Uncle Joe. Maybe they haven’t noticed, but much of Joe’s family has breathed a sigh of relief a sigh of relief once he said he’d hand over his keys. Neither uncle should be on the road. I think what must’ve happened Uncle Don’s relatives bought all their beer for the prom and put it in his car. He was going to be their driver. They committed to him for a ride to the prom, and if he doesn’t drive, they can’t go, and he’ll keep all the beer. Uncle Joe’s family knows this all too well. They just hadn’t put their beer in his car yet.Still, neither should be driving. Let’s get Uncle Don off the road, before he kills someone.

Vance is just one of many spineless conservatives who thought they saw which way the wind was blowing and latched onto Trump in hopes of getting supreme power, with which to force the rest of us to live (or die) how they think we should.

    .

The Republican party is the party of Trump. Let them sink with him. Let them occupy the same place in history. Let them be spoken of in the same way we speak of the Nazis or Pinochet. It’s what they deserve, for the rest of time.

What’s amazing is that he might still win. His voters don’t care about how demented Trump is or how toxic his policies are. It doesn’t matter to them if other Republicans endorse Harris, that just makes them RINOs. He mismanaged COVID, over a million Americans died, and he’s still winning the current electoral college polls.

I just came back from a trip to Pennsylvania. TONS of Trump signs everywhere, including large lawn signs, billboards, and displays. Only a couple of Harris signs. If that’s any indication, Trump will win Pennsylvania and it won’t be close.

There really is nothing Trump can say or do that will lose him votes, whereas Harris only has to make a few small mistakes and her slim lead will disappear. We’ll see how the debate goes on Tuesday but she can’t make any errors. Trump can relax, he could babble for the entire hour and his numbers won’t change.
