Well, I agree. I hope everyone who hasn’t already done so.. goes out and votes today. =)

I’m old — 76 — and don’t have many elections left. My most sincere hope is that just one more time before I die that I’ll be able to vote for the candidate I believe is the BEST for the job and not for the one who is the least bad. I’m not holding my breath.

The path is now everyone vote if they want Stef gone. It’s a pretty clear path.

Stephanie can sleep on the couch, since she won’t be needing the “Boom Boom Room” anymore. That way Dez can clear the negative energy out of it, and maybe get a good night’s sleep in her own bed.

I would think that Stef and Kip would be the ones not welcome. When did it become acceptable to behave like that in front of three other women?

Why are the other three even putting up with it? I couldn’t imagine a situation where my friends or I would have tolerated that behavior.

I know I’m old, but I couldn’t imagine that behavior being tolerated. As far as I’m concerned, both Stef and Kip are behaving badly. I would have nothing to do with either one of them and if I lived in that dorm I would have that behavior stopped.

I’m enjoying the story line here but it seems like Luann is no longer the main character of the strip. Maybe they need to change the name of the strip to “Luann and Friends”. Don’t get me wrong, I REALLY like all these characters and their stories. The World Greg and Karen have created is rich and entertaining. Just seems weird when you don’t see the main character for weeks at a time.

Yup, called it yesterday that Stef is so lacking in self-awareness that she just assumed Bets and Dez shared the same animosity for Tiff and would be on board with booting her from the quad. That smug expression in the first panel to annoyance in the 2nd says she was 100% expecting this to go her way. Question now is what happens to Shoog from here. I expect a vote to try and boot Stef would just result in a tie since Dez is too granola to wish harm even to her worst enemy.

Better to go vote for WAY more important things today. The second panel is hilarious, everyone is looking at Stef like they’re looking at a moron and she understand that (maybe). I was hoping Dez already had a solution, but I’m sure she can find a peaceful one. Tiffany and Bets would definitely vote to ban Stef.

I agree, the vote tie-in is brilliant and in this case justified. I don’t think the room issue itself will be a problem, it will be solved in a hilarious way is my bet, the real arc/story issue is the Tiff/Steph/Kip triangle. I’m, as with the election, I’m not taking (Be)ts, but I believe in the power of hope.

This is a pretty clever way to show character development, Steph is almost exactly like what Tiff used to be, and they hate each other, Tiff is rejecting the shallow and selfish person she was, and Steph…is just shallow and selfish

Might be time to bring out the “Pagoda of Peace”, although Tiff looks a bit bored with Steff. I like that Dez admits there is a way, but she doesn’t have the answer. Better than tossing out stupid resolutions……

It is a testimony to Stef that she is asking for a vote and not demanding that Tiffany leave. At the very least, they need to invoke the girl code that you don’t go after your roommate’s boyfriend. Stef is going to have a difficult time making things right with Kip while Tiffany is running interference.
