Oh dear. They are talking math with Tiffany and Stefani. This is not going to go well.

No pie in the face, but Kip did volunteer that he and Tiff were talking about Stef. I wonder what the big surprise will be for tomorrow (Saturday)? Will Stef grab a pie and plaster Tiff with it? Will Tiff retaliate with the other slice? I like pie but Pecan is like eating molasses. Don;t they have some banana cream pie? It tastes delicious and wears on the face well.

Just thinking about this from Stef’s point of view… There are some girls, maybe even most girls, who would think that after giving a guy (whom we might call Kip) free access for years to her, um, uh, well, you know what, that they are in a permanent relationship that will eventually lead to engagement and marriage.

Last time this happened was after the ball game. I still want to see a cat fight! Claws Out!

Just walk away, Tiff, with what little dignity you still have left!

Is this dialog still too subtle for Steffi? Or do either Tiff or Kip need to say more explicitly to Stef: “You are intruding where you were not invited. Please leave.”

If you can remember, Tiffany and Stef first bonded when Steph was distraught because Kip had broken up with her. Then Stef proceeded to treat her badly. Payback is coming, and it’s a big ole Bi/ch!!!

I’m a little surprised Kip had the willingness to drop the bomb on his singular relationship. But this is the story and from my comics, I’m familiar with’plot armor’

Stef is the very definition of narcissism. Everyone and everything is about her. Trying to make something true such as her constant emphasis on “us” as Kip and herself as a couple. If she says it enough, it becomes true. Let’s see how Tiff or Kip manages to shut her down.

Well I hope something hits the fan tomorrow.

To anyone with at least a quarter of a brain, it would be painfully obvious that Stef is a raging narcissist and totally out of touch with anything outside her own skull. At this point, Kip would be wise to tell Stef, “We haven’t made up. Goodbye, again” – even if he found someone better than Tiffany, which would not be hard to do.

Methinks Stef will be wearing her slice o’ pie in short order.

That’s a refreshing piece of honesty.

Remember Tiffany in high school?Stephie…. the Tiffany that did change……..

Note that Stef has now claimed multiple times that she and Kip have gotten back together and not once has he denied it. That says a lot more than his mealy-mouthed statements of “the pie is for me and Tiffany” do. Tiffany should cut her losses and leave; Kip has clearly made his choice.

Tiff why don’t you faceplant Stef face in that pie.

Clueless or habitual spin doctor?

This is so STUPID. Is it Greg and Karen’s’ intention to make Tiffany the most unlikable character in this comic strip? It sure seems like it. She schemed to get a girl as a roommate when she saw her boyfriend, went after the boyfriend, created scenarios to make the girlfriend act crazy jealous, flirted with him whenever his girlfriend was absent, made physical advances, throws herself at him in a public seduction, and is now being hostile and insulting to the girl. Tiffany the villain, who woulda’ thunk it?

Kind of makes you wonder about that whole missing ring thing doesn’t it?

My bet is, Kip is clear about breaking up with Stef, and Tiff ends up wearing the pie.

Awesome! Kip didn’t stay quiet followeing Stef, he and Tiffany are determined to continue their discussion about whether or not to get together. Maybe this is the time Stef realizes it’s over. Then she wil begin her cruel revenge for destroy everything they love.

At this rate, the only way to salvage this arc is for Stef to act all jealous tomorrow, only for Kip to say “okay, break is over; now we’re officially over.” But I doubt that’ll happen. Instead the status quo will reset back to where it was in November: Tiff mooning over Kip while he’s dating a girl he can’t stand.

This is classic soap opera plot development. It seems like something is gonna happen, but nothing really happens for a very long time. Then, maybe twice a year, something actually happens.

Okay, I was actually disappointed when Stef showed up — but I’m warming up to the way this is slowly developing.

Well surprise surprise. Kip shows some gumption and speaks up.

It is worth seeing Stef brought down a peg. Am I a terrible person to think that though?

Haven’t seen Tif have a real relationship in this strip, much less sex. Unless major developments are going to take place soon, which they never seem to do in LuAnn, I’d be willing to think Kip will stay with “she who is active”

WOW. THIS took a turn quickly. I had expected both Kip and Tiff to let Stef bulldoze them, delaying (or preventing) any progress in their conversation/relationship. #teamtiff

My take is that Kip wants to talk to Tiffany as friends, as a confidant.

Of course Stef can’t figure it out because she’s a narcissist. Glad Kip didn’t fold (yet), but who knows?

Personally, I don’t think Kip has the strong personality to stand up to Stef and tell her it’s really over. But perhaps I’m wrong. May have to wait until Monday to see what happens.

Seriously, it’s about time someone put that airheaded cheerleader in her place, Kip should do it, but I think Tiffany is going to take the lead!
