The organizers definitely know their audience.

I can’t cope with all these distractions.

Sadly, most were distracted and never made it to the clinic.

Now, what did I come in here for?

Ahem, could you please direct me to the short attention span workshop? (I know I’m beating a dead horse but I couldn’t stop myself).

Reminds me of Tom Hanks as ‘Mr. Short-Term Memory’ on Saturday Night Live.

“Okay, okay – enough with the signs.”

“I had one problem – now I have another.”

But what did I come into the room for?

and I thought my family had a short attention span.

Last on should say “Thank you for attending the Short Attention Span Workshop. See you next year.”

Now that I’ve read all of these comments, what was today’s strip about?

I had trouble with that room as a kid. I couldn’t decide which sign to read first.

This is not unrealistic. I was at Disney World in line for Space Mountain ride and there were many signs stating: THIS IS A ROLLER COASTER RIDE! Then I get to the front and people are getting out of line because they see it is a roller coaster ride!! NO ATTENTION SPAN PEOPLE!

Okay, I get it. Now which way to the erectile dysfunction clinic? ….show me.

Looks quite helpful to me. But would I remember to get there.. or HOW to get there? … maybe. lol, etc…

Signs, signs, everywhere a sign

I keep thinking of the “here after”. Like in “What am I here after”. This happens more often than I’d like to admit. No, I’m not senile.

It’s not fair to pick on people with short … oh, look a butterfly….

Anyone who needs that many signs probably wouldn’t have made it to the building in the first place.

What do you have to pay to be treated here?

When i was a museum guard, i observed that the bigger the sign, the more people missed (or ignored) it; but i would see people standing on tiptoes or craning their necks and squinting to read the tiniest, most inconveniently places labels.

He’s liable to run into the people coming out. These don’t last long.

Oops, I meant to go to the Pandemic Clinic.

I am one that sort of follow the signs. If it is busy, I follow the signs to keep the flow going. If it is midnight or later and no one is in the store, I got whichever way gets me in and out the fastest.

What does pedantic have to do with short attention spans?

I love reading the comments and replies for the various cartoons, but find it hard to believe that in 2021, people were still talking about masking like it really worked. And no, wearing 2 masks did not double your safety in any way. Lol
