Brad and Toni haven’t been married long…and things tend to develop slowly in the Luanniverse…but they’ll probably want to wait to become parents until Shannon grows up a bit or they don’t have her with them so much.

Fed them to the dog, squished them in my napkin, put them in the empty milk carton in the trash. Once I had to sit at the table till I ate my peas. Sat there for awhile, opened the top of the wooden salt shaker and stuffed them in. Went out to play. My dad came home for dinner and thought the salt shaker was empty, he opened it to refill and found my peas all squished in there. Ruh-ro! I had to come in and eat a serving of peas, and not gag or barf. To this day I won’t eat peas.

Peas are a bit easier to eat in a white sauce with baby onions. They are less likely to roll all over your plate or off your spoon/fork. Split pea soup is also a great option.

there’s no gravy on those plates to float the peas in, keep them glued together; everything dry and separate. Not sure this is a TJ meal.

There is a scene in a Marx Brothers movie (can’t remember which one!) where the character is at a fancy dinner, quietly, desperately trying to get his peas on a fork. They don’t quite make it to his mouth, so he is forced to chase them around his soup bowl on the platter underneath. No words, but hilarious.
