Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
All of the cats are great here: Lupin being Lupin, his new young friends supporting him, kindly Puck sticking up for him, ans Elvis and Goldie (no fans of his here) putting the worst spin on his escapades that they can
Elvis-Anum: But thereâs no pyramid between here an Egypt.
Violet-Ifa: Actually, there is one. We just donât think of it as a pyramid.
Beatrixia: And if its the one I think it is, we canât go wrong if we pay a visit.
Elvis: Alright. I just donât think Iâm up for exploring right now.
Bea: No worries.
Sometime Later, at the Pyramid Door
Door Cat: Welcome visitors! Youâre just in time for a midday snack!
Beatrixia: Thank you. Is the main chef in?
Door Cat: He sure is. Have seat in the main dining room and Iâll get him.
Enter Chef
Bea: Floofnet! Great to see you!
Floof: Likewise! What brings you here?
Bea: You know Elvis. I would like to introduce his great grandparents, Maew and Than.
Floof: Pleased to meet you! My cake sculptress has told me all about you!
Maew: Then Jamila is here?
Floof: Yes, she is. When I bought the pyramid to create the Floor Can Be a Ceiling Culinary School, she did all the decorating. Later she stayed on to create exquisite sculptures in cake, and other delectable desserts.
Maew: Wonderful! Can I go see her?
Floof: No need. Here she comes with her latest creation.
Jamila: Maew! Iâve missed you!
Maew: Oh, itâs so great to see you again.
Jamila: I learned recently that your great grandson was in Egypt. I took a chance that he knew how to contact you!
Maew: And Iâm only half a day away. Maybe I can visit from time to time.
There are contradictory accounts of whether tomato products are dangerous to cats, without considering the glass jar. The plant is meant to be poisonous and it mostly is, including the fruit when unripe or when itâs growing on a potato stalk. But cats donât know this, so keep them out of your grow room. Ripe fruit can increase stomach acid â for you too apparently â but one web page says that cheap tinned cat food is bulked out with it, a reason to pay more. The same page says that retailed tomato sauce contains âtons of chemicalsâ, which sounds hysterical, and evidence is absent. And whateverâs spilled on a cat, the cat is liable to lick off.
Katie pushes things off the kitchen island, because she can. The problem is when it is glass as she did recently. We had a visitor that didnât know not to leave a glass on the island counter and we had chards to pick up in the millions, or so it seemed.
Our white and gray cat rolled in pink sidewalk chalk when he was a kitten, ended up with pink highlights that lasted a couple of weeks. It was a good look on him.
Knowing Georgiaâs mastery of continuity, I am certain Lupin will still be pink on Monday. They certainly are getting balanced coverage, although it seems to be leaning pro-Lupin. I hope we get at least a nod to how this new coloration affects Lupinâs invisibility.
This story has a hint of reality. I wonder if Lupin managed to cover himself in tomato sauce. However, the end result, a pink Lupin for Valentineâs day is purr-fect.
I am a nanny and when 4 was 2 he lived up to the âTerrible Twoâ reputation. One of the many things he spilled/broke was a large jar of spaghetti sauce. The next morning Mom handed him off to me with a shake of her head as she raced out of the door. Apparently it is hard to clean spaghetti sauce off of nearly every surface in the kitchen when it was intended to feed three hungry kids, five and under?! Who knew?
(Alright, everybody make sure Lupin is distracted as I tell this next story)
A few weeks later Mom and the older two were out when 2 spilled the fish tank all over the playroom. Thankfully âFlash the Coolâ was rescued quickly and lived many years only dying less than two weeks ago. He lived a good long life for a Betta. But the same was almost not so for 2 as he managed to soak the carpet, the floor underneath, the shelving unit that is attached to the wall, as well as the wall upon which it was attached too.
The next morning Mom handed him off with a giggle as Dad glared over his breakfast. 2 was of course as oblivious as he was unrepentant as to the pain and suffering he had caused for either parental units. Though in time he felt bad for what he had done to Flash the Cool and was always exceedingly gentle with him, and his tank, in the future. He was actually the one who found Flash the Cool had crossed over the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago when he went to feed him his breakfast. :D
YES PINK BOY. I also hope this keeps in the daily strips (if not itâs fine I just like pink lupin. ) And Puck I get your the only adult cat in this house who dosenât hate lupin, but only the first part could happen to anyone. Covering himself and everything in sauce is very lupin.
Our little bit is certainly a budding Cat of Adventure!
The other day I was in the living room when I started hearing glasses clinking together. I donât leave glasses out, so I went into the kitchen to see what was going onâŠ
âŠAnd discovered the little bit had figured out how to open the (latchless) overhead cabinet doors above the kitchen counter and was inside the cabinet, shoving the glasses around! One glass did fall, but it landed in the empty drain rank and didnât break. I had a time hauling the little bit back out of the cabinet though!
The cabinet doors are currently barred shut with backscratchers. I went to a handware store today and bought a bunch of latches that (I hope) cats canât figure out how to open. You can guess what Iâll be doing with my spare time the next few days.

⊠If he could kick a jar to the floor
And roll sauce all over his face
Would it satisfy ya, would he slide on by ya
Would you think the boy is strange?
Ainât he strange? â€ïž
⊠If he could hug ya, then would he bug ya
With his pinkness so divine?
Would it be enough for his fleeting art
If his fur looks tie-dyed?
Elvis sigh-i-ied
⊠I said I know mayhemâs Lupinâs goal âcause he likes it
I know he and Ig are bros and they like it, like it, yes, they do
Oh, well, I like it, I like it, I like it
I said canât you see that this cute boy is one and only?
⊠And do ya think that itâs the only crime around?
I bet you think that he should never knock things down, ah, ooh yeah
⊠I said I know heâs Oraâs big hero and I like it
I said Ora knows breakinâ stuffâs the way to go âcause she likes it
I know itâs only knock ânâ roll but I like it, yeah
I know heâs a naughty liâl soul but I love him, love him, yes, I do
