There’s no easy way, Barry. You’ll have to climb the mountain. Yin and yang will meet on the other side.

The serenity prayer comes pretty close or as I say, If you can do something about a problem do it, if you can’t, there’s no point in stressing about it.

So today Disaster Pumpkin said he was going to move his inauguration inside due to predicted extremely cold weather in DC on the 20th. Nonetheless, the crowd in attendance will be huge — YUUUUGGGE!!!!! — spectacular, monumental, overwhelming, the BIGGEST EVER, stretching as far as the eye can see, over the horizon, people backed up into Pennsylvania waiting to get in, overtopping Olympian magnificence in its sheer size and awesomeness.

If he’s seeking balance, he wants the path between – which would be straight up.

Blazing his own trail.

with pitons.

He could rock gently back and forth. Or maybe he’s found the balance point already. As they say in New England, Don’t ya move a goddam inch.

Try to find the middle ground.

Somewhere the two trails merge.

Once you get done with one, it’ll be easy to find the other one.

Yes Barry, turn back and find another mountain where the path does not force you to split things that only works if they are united.
