Tiffany leaves without the slightest intention of give mony to Stef. Who will be her next victim? Since she showed up yesterday, I’d say Dez. The too good Dez who is overly trusting in others and probably doesn’t have money problems. Or Bets, which she can accept, but only with interest or by finding a deal to get repaid. Maybe by having her do acrobatic cosplays. I’m still afraid she’ll meet Ox, tell him everything and he’ll be the one to pay for her dream to come true and after that, she will start to ask him more and more money.

Yeah, Tiffany knows the score. Give a loan to Stef and the likelihood of getting repaid at all is very low. She’s apparently borrowed money from Kip that hasn’t been repaid for over 2 years. Imagine how badly it’d go for Tiffany when Stef doesn’t like or respect her.

Stephanie is actually pretty sad of a person, but her roommate might have an idea for her.

I know that “cheerleaders are dumb” is an age-old cliche’…but today’s strip is clearly looking to perpetuate it.

Interest is irrelevant. There’s no way to collect from Stef when she doesn’t pay the loan back.

No, Stef. That means Tiff won’t even lent you one red cent because she has standards.

I don’t believe she’s dumb. I do believe she’s trying to play Tiffany. Just like she knew that was Tiff’s work uniform yet tried to flatter her by complimenting her on her “outfit”. But her attempts at flattery and charm are clumsy and they are failing. She’s going to need a job and I predict it will be at The Fuse. After all, Tiff just got rid of her as a roommate so the only way for the writers to now keep her annoying Tiff is by throwing them together at work. I predict this is where that is heading.

Yeah… Tiff probably don’t want anything to do with Stef again after that whole ring drama.

Stef gives all cheer leaders a bad name. They work hard for their craft and are in great shape to do what they do. They’re not bimbos like Stef.

Hopefully someday the authorities will catch the high school cheerleader that murdered Greg Evans’s father, so he can get some closure and let go of his seething hatred for all cheerleaders.

I believe she is out of state-the reason she could not take her belongs home last summer. Out of state tuition at a Ca. St. University for 12 hours is $8,000 + dorm charges.

Apparently Ivlax is the only reader who’s enough of a follower to comment on this increasingly vapid strip.

Stef has gotten through life skating by on her looks. Welcome to reality, women don’t go for the “poor itsy pretty me” stuff the same as guys. Now that Kip is out, she’s tanked.

She makes a good point about interest making the idea interesting.

Anytime someone wants what you have there is a non-zero chance they will not repay. Even the hope of possibly, maybe breaking even requires interest payments.

It would be great to see them continue to write Tiffany in her good strong personality. Not the timid, cowering victim she was in the last story with Stephanie, or the stupid, bumbling, dumb blonde in the waremansion story with Bets. I think the readers much prefer the smart moxy girl that fought and won against Ann Eiffel.

Thatta girl, Tiff! :D I admittedly had my doubts, but she pulled it off better than I hoped.

Is Stef really THAT dumb?

Stef is not amusing, just annoying.

Stef needs to be told that the person giving the loan decides on the amount of interest, not the person getting the loan.

But this is Stef we’re talking about, right? She doesn’t want to understand. She just wants to cheer for a living.

Tiff doesn’t have it unless she’s saving a lot of her earnings from The Fuze. Remember, daddy cut off her credit card privileges when Ann “Awful” had her hooks in him, and there’s been no talk of him restoring it. Just because Tiff lives in a mansion doesn’t mean she has access to daddy’s money.

By comparison (or contrast) with total airhead and narcissist Stef, Tiff seems positively mainstream normal!
