I suspect tomorrow We’ll be treated to Tiff desperately trying to conceal her elation over the news that Kip has broken up with Stef.

Tiff now has a clear path to the football guy. Or DOES she?

I wager roommate Stef is going to stick to Tiff like Gorilla glue. Boo-Hooing endlessly over the breakup.

And probably every time Tiff gets in 50 feet of Kip, Stef is going to show up to sabotage whatever Tiff is planning.

But I am curious as to why Kip broke up with Stef.

I’m sure Stef being a vapid air-head had absolutely nothing to do with it. ;-)

ONLY Tiff would now hit on Kip and bring him into the room.

Tiffany can’t catch a break.

Man plans, and God laughs. (Yah, I’ve said it before.)

Stef and Kip broke up!? All that stuff Dez was saying just last week (or so) about how kip and Stef were looking forward to Tiffany was just…. How long ago did they break up!? Sometime between Saturday and Monday!?

What an odd thing to blurt out. Stef must have overheard their conversation….while also speaking?

will Tiff run a end-around past Steffi to Kip.

How about getting Kip and Luann together. That could be interesting.

Tiffany’s worst dream come true; living with some self absorbed egotist just like herself, but someone who’s actually popular and apparently HAD a boyfriend, something Tiff seems incapable of….OH! Wait Stef can tell Tiff ALL ABOUT Kip, knowledge which will help Tiff to weave her next web…“step into my web said the spider to the fly”..er, Tiff to Kip.

Keep getting blindsided in this strip arc…

Maybe Stef can change her clothes now?

This strip is like what happens if Murphy’s Law and Catch-22 had a love child…

OOOOO. Crap. Your plan backfired, Tiff! Maybe do a quick guy culling and land one for Stef. That is, if you’re that hard up for a “private” room. If not, maybe stop by Kip’s room?

I believe this is where they say the plot thickens. I suspect, while tiff why act all sympathetic to stephs sadness to breaking up with kip, she’s thinking “mmmm, hunky college boy is available.” Tiff may have changed some but i think the “boy-crazy” girl is still there. She wants kip, and now she can get him.

Intelligence is everything Tiff.

Why do the characters hang their arms so unnaturally stiff at their sides? Stef is the worst offender right now, but this is a recurring problem (I didn’t really notice until someone else pointed it out, but now I can’t unsee it.) Does Greg need to consult an art book to find some better poses, so his characters don’t look like Colorforms?

Oh, and congratulations to all those who predicted the whole “Kip and Stef are no longer together” thing. Not much of a twist if that many people saw it coming from a mile away though.

Time for round two of Tiff’s relationship-saving shenanigans?

Oh uh… Stef’s last sentence seems like the beginning of an endless series of sad stories and considerations that she wants to tell Tiffany non-stop for the next few days (or even months). Dez would be able to survive that situation without any problems and give Stef good advice as well. But Tiffany… Poor Tiffany!

Sooo, Bets and Dez room together, leaving Tiffany to room with her doppelganger on steroids, Steffie, whose break up with Kip is an unexpected change to her plan, which was silly to begin with. Let’s see where this goes

As any experienced platoon leader will tell you, the best laid plans always fall apart after the first shot is fired. Same can be said for young adult dating games and maneuvering.

This whole dorm arc seems like a desperate attempt of the part of GnK to create some kind of synergy between disparate characters. To make it work they have force-feed relationships between Dez and Stefini that never existed before and then again with Dez and Bets.At least the aborted A-Hall story had a credible beginning. But this is just painful desperation.

Wowsers! Uber perky little rich girl has been hiding a broken heart all during lunch and dorm intros. Ahh, we all now pity her.

Does Tiff have it in her to rescue another failed romance like she did with Bets and Gun? No, IMO…

Well, enjoy killing each other. Could be entertaining.

On the bright side, Stef is a cheerleader who may attract all kinds of boys now that she is single. She might have so many suitors she won’t even care about what happens with Kip. Tiffany was looking for a social life wasn’t she?

We all saw that coming..

Another plan “backfired” for Tiff. How many is that? Maybe Dez has a “cure” for it…hmm

Now, I hope that Steff gets rid of the cheerleader costume. I’m sure she has enough makeup and wardrobe to look provocatively cheap without the pom poms.

Somebody called this one weeks ago.

She broke up with Kip!! The world as we know it is coming to an end.

I’m baffled that she’s not renting out rooms in the mansion.

Somehow I thought that would have come up during the fancy dinner.

Looks like Tiffany drew the short straw again! That girl can’t get a break. Now she’s stuck with that twit, Stef full time and no Kip!!!! Unless she seeks him out some other way. Or plays matchmaker for Stef.

I wonder if they will take classes and study at all?

Give Stef a couple weeks and she’ll have a new one.

I wonder if Stefani Bird’s breakup with Kip Lee will result in, not an opportunity for Tiffany to get a boyfriend, but trigger the opposite response. Tiff’s latest schtick is a relationship repair service featuring Tiffany’s Table For Two and the Pagoda of Peace. Will Tiff lose Kip, like she lost Gunther many moons ago? Will she then latch onto Dez and Bets as pals? Or will this arc devolve into another snipe-fest between Tiff and Stefi bird over Kip?

I KNEW it!

If it gets too bad, Tiff can spend some time by her pool.

Will we ever see Stef in any other outfit? She looks ridiculous in that cheerleader outfit and bow all the time.

Hmm. Tiffany would need somebody mature to help her learn hard work and discipline, not somebody even more irresponsible than she is.

Plot complication!!! Captain, we have a plot complication off the starboard bow heading towards us at a velocity of Warp Factor 3.5. Looks like it will take about 45 minutes with commercials to rectify. Or in this case the rest of the semester at a minimum.

That thought crossed my mind when Tiffany was so anxious to room with Stef to get close to Kip. Now, does she still want him, or will she discover the reason they broke up and be put off? Hmmm

Well, with kip out of the picture maybe Tiff and Steph will explore tipping the velvet.

Kip may have a simple logical reason for breaking up with Stef.

The magnetic field of Jupiter is thousands of times stronger than the magnetic field of Earth.

Even that field may be nothing compared to the force that is keeping Stef’s knees locked together.

Steffi looks like the odd member of the group in her teeny bopper cheerleader outfit while Tiff looks nice in a black turtleneck and jeans; it signals change on her part. I wonder if she’ll try to date Kip.

Will Tiff be bummed she just lost her pseudo-private room, or happy at a chance to nab Kip? Stay tuned

I think I called it a while back, or if I didn’t I meant to. Now the question is, will Tiff go after Kip? That could make the sparks fly. And I do wish Steff would change clothes. She looks like a teeny-bopper, not a young college woman.

And soon will come Tiffany’s Wile E. Coyote moment.

B-suite bombshell! Stef’s announcement is an unexpected development and sure to ruin Tiff’s day, if not her entire academic year! Woe!
