I love this insane feral baby child and will guard her with my life.

FEARSOMELY ADORABLE

She just describes perfectly our tiny Tortie, PK short for “Personal Kitten” also known as “Pickle”. She is 13 this year and still a sassy ball of kitten sized bossy attitude. Tough, sweet, an amazing hunter, a great Cat Mom, Feral when it’s warm outside, a docile family cat and purr machine when the snow is blowin’. And still, I’m the only one who can pick her up and hold her after all this time.

Oh, I want her energy! <3

What a debut performance! No other new cat can possibly top this; I can hardly wait to see her meet Tabitha. But first, on her way is Baba Mouse!

All the lovely torties I’ve known have been so petite. Also, female. ❤️ Is this always the case? Does anyone know?

X-treme Torties are so, so adorably independent and opinionated. My late, great Tweedle Diva (aka “Tweedie”) was a constant “reviewer/advisor” for 17 years. Talk about Royal Entitlement, LOL. It’s been 10 years, and I miss her still.

Ah, a black tortoiseshell. My sister had one and she was a 19 year roller coaster ride. Loved her human, attacked visitors.

My gosh, she’s Thimblefist, Lupin, and the July Bug all in one! We are not ready for this!

My first cat was a rescue and a 6 pound tom. Since I did not know how old he was, I was surprised when I found out he was not going to get any bigger.

Tillie was a tortie too!

OT sort of: Georgia posted on Facebook yesterday that is donating 2 strips to Alley Cats and Angels of NC auction that starts this weekend. They are two strips from the cactus scratching post storyline.

I’m exhausted just watching her.

This one cracked me up. We have a Tortie and she is ALL of those things. She’s a genuine Jekyll & Hyde.

Lupin with a functioning brain. That’s scary. Our current younger cat weighs about 7.5 pounds. She has boundless self confidence but is reserved.
