This cat-fight needs more hair-pulling. Or maybe a story without Tiff n Stef.

I suspect Stef doesn’t have any female friends.

If that ring has such sentimental value, I’m not sure why Stef would have put it in storage at the ware-manse. Wouldn’t Stef be keeping such a treasure close to her heart at all times?

Hopefully this is finally the start where we see Stef get the karma she deserves. Not gonna happen considering one needs a tire pump to keep her head inflated, but one can dream.

Tiff’s expression in the last panel says it all. If Stef survives this week without being thrown out of the dorm — and hopefully thrown off of the strip as well — she’ll be extremely lucky.

(And of course, it never occurs to bubblehead that Tiff comes from money and hardly needs to steal something as inexpensive as a class ring … )

Kymberleigh above is dead on – Tiff lives in a mansion, drives a red Porsche, has a huge pool, hired help, and virtually anything she wants at her disposal, so why would she want to take a two – bit class ring from someone from the “Hoot ’n Holler Trailer Dump” in Hot Coffee, Mississippi? Me thinks Tiff would not stoop that low to steal from Steffi, even though she does not like her.

Hey sherlock, that wasn’t a confession but a snarky reply to a stupid assumption. I’m beginning to wonder if stef is working with bets to produce a low-budget cheap drama reality show for a quick buck and fame.

And with that, the setup for the punchline in which one member of the crew, most likely Ox, shows up with the missing ring and renders all the ladies’ histrionics for naught.

Seriously though, Tiffany’s arcs have become so much more enjoyable than Luann’s, with the latter comprising mostly of Luann moaning about how directionless her life (or is that “arc”?) has become without really doing much about it.

I’m not sure the new “mature” Tiff is an improvement. She just seems to take a lot of abuse. I want to see her cut loose and have some fun before she’s old & grey. Right now Tiff makes adulthood look miserable, and Luann makes staying perpetually undeveloped look like a solid lifestyle choice. Lawyer up, Tiff.

This week is giving me a migrane already. Tiff and Dez are fine: Tiff is just standing her ground and Dez while not being helpful.. is understandably at a loss of how to end a fight between two people she dosen’t know incredibly well. But Stef is just an annoying character, having no real personality and while I like her being a mirror to who tiff USED to be, it has it’s limits, while Bets … seriously some of you defend her? I get liking the character, that’s fine.. but to everyone saying “Oh she’s not expoative” or “she’s not so bad” this is what i’m talking about. Her filiming an argument involving someone she just lived with and seemingly buired the hateched with and a stranger for her own amusment. She cares nothing about Tiff’s name being hurt or you know stopping this, or that she has no right to upload a private fight between two people. If Stef were making this scene in public sure, go nuts. But it’s in their room, at their dorm.

Greg, seriously. “Popular” is not a thing after high school. Of course neither is the Evil Cheerleader, but one illogical cliché at a time here.

Final panel Tiffany has a look that says she is about to slap them all silly. Unfortunately, what she really needs is a look that says, “I have had enough of you, Evans, and your contrived plotting. I am moving back to the mansion!!!”

This is boring. Tiffany with her crossed arms logic, Stef with her hysterics, Bets with her phone and Dez doing her no comment act. Petty thieves don’t use logic. They steal for the thrill of it.

I like that Farrell eye roll in panel 3. (Btw, try saying “Farrell eye roll” three times quickly.)

Stef may be a lot of things, but hot isn’t one of them.

Stef’s outfit reminds me of the long ago days when the Detroit Free Press ran the Modesty Blaise comic strip. It was a British strip and had a liberal approach to nudity (mid-70s). Apparently some rich patrons of the paper really liked the strip the features editor couldn’t just kick it out. So the only thing they could do was detail one of the staff artists to go through the stats and ink in all of Modesty’s white underwear. I guess black panties and bras were less likely to be mistaken for her being nude. So I wonder how many newspapers are getting complaints about Stef running around in her underwear? We assume its a sports bra and athletic shorts (though it was never actually explained as such).

Tiffany, what a great patience! Maybe she’s trying hard not to punch Stef, but of the two Tiffany’s is clearly the best, more calm and way more mature. That recording that Bets is filming will have a huge amount of comments on how insufferable Stef is. Especially if she finds her lost ring in another box or on one of her own finger. Love Dez’s face seeing this mess.

Something tells me that somehow Kip got his ring back, and his new girl friend is wearing it.

So now that I’ve noticed this, the little bow in Stef’s hair won’t stop bothering me. She is one of the “new” characters, so why does her character design include a hairstyle last popular when “Blondie” was young?

Strip is already written, but Tiff made 2nd panel a definitive statement. If she said it as a question, then Steff would have had to explain to Bet’s phone.

Bets is such a jerk.

Tiffany may have done some pretty lousy things over the years, but she’s no thief.

I think Steffi is the one who is insecure; she’s determined to create in Tiff someone who wants to be like her, who is jealous of her where in reality Tiff is neither. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ring is not actually lost but in fact this is just a made up story that allows Steffi to continue demeaning Tiff so that she can feel better about herself.

WILL SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW LES COULD STEAL A RING FROM A TAPED-UP BOX?

If the ring is as important to Steffi as she says it is, she wouldn’t have just put it in storage…

Bets told Dez that she was happy to be rooming with her because it is more relaxing; living with Tiff invites drama. Well it looks like Bets is attracted to drama; she thrives on it because it provides opportunities to record, post and make $.

A weird thing about Stef is that I think she’s drawn pretty ugly. Unpleasant face, and stupid hair. She has abs and nothing else.

Sarcasm is lost on her.

First of all, Tiffany would wipe up Steph if they got down and dirty, not because she’s stronger physically but as a person. She has been developing as a good, strong person, YEEEA Tiff! Alas Stephanie is showing how sad and sick her character is portrayed as, she is a very sick puppy, an analogue of Tiffany before when she was insecurely vain, insufferable, mean girl type, poor little rich girl. I, for one, hope that this results in a meltdown where Tiffany, knowing intimately her type, is the sympathetic comforter. Benign influence of Luannverse. Bets, I know her viral video casting is part of the story, and the hilarity ensues, but I sincerely hope it is not showing in live time. Of course, that is probably a part of the story.

Stef has such a smug face in panel two! Right now I think Bets is almost as annoying as Stef. Tiff’s got clenched fists, but I hope it doesn’t come to blows. So far Dez hasn’t interfered, but she may need to. It must be time for someone to enter the room and cut this tension? = :-o

Steff could have said she couldn’t find her ring, and the rest of them could have helped her find it. But drama sells.

Suggestion for the Evans team: there is a porcelain device in at least one room nearby which contains a flush feature. Take this entire storyline and place it inside this device. Then, press the flush lever.Just a suggestion.

This isn’t so much about the ring as it is about envy and jealousy. The ring is just an excuse. Tiffany is not envious of Stef at all (although she may be attracted to Kip still) and it’s driving Stef nuts that she doesn’t envy her.

I hate when people stick their fingers in someone’s face like Steph is doing. Looking at Tiffany she is trying to keep her cool but may be close to losing it. At that age I may have just slapped Steph’s hand out of my face but that would cause a fight. So stay calm and cool Tiff! Let Steph look like the fool!

Look, Evans, it’s probably way too late now, but if you could you would make “Luann” about high school students again, right? Because college stuff is so weird for you. Not your area of expertise to say the least. Your college material makes NO sense. Here’s this time machine I’ve donated: Take Luann back to high school.

If I were feeling grumpy, I’d call this “The Battle of the Bimbos”; but I’m inclined to be more fair and say that Bets is not getting such a hot video as she thinks. This Ring Saga will be over sooner than the operatic Ring Cycle….

Stef can’t find the ring, either because she forgot where she put it, or she hasn’t searched through the box enough. She’s afraid Kip will find out, so she’s using Tiff as a scapegoat – “She stole it!” Les did not take it, Kip did not take it back. It’s been in a SEALED BOX! As far as Bets, any thought that she’s being “helpful” in case of a fight and police involvement…She couldn’t care less, and she makes that obvious, talking about going viral and zooming in on the “drama.” And as for anyone intervening, I don’t think anyone should. Let Tiff and Stef argue it out.

Why are we burdened with Stef? Why is Bets tolerated with her constant invasion of everyone’s privacy? Why is Luann’s character development stunted? Why do I hope this strip will get better?

So, Steff took advantage of Tiff’s cheaper storage rate, and thought she was one of the best roommates ever when she agreed to let Steff and Kip monopolize the privacy hut, but now that she can’t find her ring, she’s convinced Tiff stole it. Shallow much, Steff?
