Stef acts like Tiff is WAY heavier than she is

Now would be a good time to change the lock on the door.

One simple move made Tiffany feel better.

Smartest thing Tiff’s done in quite awhile. Next smartest thing would be to invest in a good set of earplugs….

Stef is like Sam-I-am and Tiff is the man who doesn’t like green eggs and ham: the former won’t let the latter be.

A self-satisfied countenance upon her face. What does it portend? 1) It is merely the enjoyment of peace and quiet. 2) The satisfaction that slamming the door in an annoying person’s face gives. 3) She turns to give Ox a call. 4) She turns to meet Kip waiting for her in the privacy corner! 8^ )

Hey – Stef’s lines were SO over the top. Most roommates would have been less polite than Tiffany. I think even Luann would have squashed Stef before Stef dropped all these lines on her.

If I have to read another week of ‘Shoog’ I’m gonna be sick. My guess would be that Steff isn’t even aware that the door was slammed. She’s just too much into herself to pay attention.

One annoying, pain-in-the-butt out the door. Let’s hope that another annoying pain (Shannon) doesn’t come in another door.

If I was Tiff I’d rather live alone in the big house than deal with that Bimbo everyday.

Greg seems to do four weeks per arc and I think he’s only done three weeks so far So I’m betting that this continues next week. I still expect Kip to hit on Luann — I mean Tiffany. Or maybe there will be awkwardness at work with Ox.

I have no idea what to make of Stef as a character. She’s all over the place and nothing about her comes off as genuine from a writing standpoint. Tiffany, however, has been simply despicable. I don’t understand why so many folks here are cheering for her; she is absolutely not the “better person” in this pairing.

Uh-oh. Now Stefi will retaliate. I have a feeling she is nasty when she feels she is mistreated or wronged.

YAY! Tiffany made the one simple move that instantly made her happier! Unfortunately, Stef will come back at some point and resume her pointless speeches. But I’m sure Tiffany will always be able to handle her.

Tiffany has really grown since she became plus sized. She realizes she doesn’t have to be a queen bee to get attention and the true measure of someone is love and friendship.

Staph measures her self-worth by how annoying she can be: Like a skunk: I stink, therefore I am!

It seems Tiffany is happy with herself, not just because she got rid of Tiff, but also because she has grown. That’s good, but changeable in a moment, what really is important is that the inferences about Ox and very possibly Kip, who might show interest in Tiffany is still out there. There is still mystery here to be plumbed.

Just Calling Tiff “Shoog “ wins Tiff an acquittal in the homicide case. Evidently she has a high tolerance for condescension.

Next week we find out Bets has been two-timing Gunther. Her an Ox announce they’re having a baby. All of Steff’s plans will be destroyed.

Hate to say this, but I’m afraid Steph is tight. She’s planted a seed that might sprout. I said same when Ox was introfuced in high school.

Tiff snd Ox both come from wealthy families, to the manor/manner born. Both were into athletics. Neither was academically gifted. Ox was smitten by Tiff.

Why are so many people gunning for Kip and Tiff to cheat on Stef together? That’s horrible.

Maybe Steffie isn’t the right person but someone needs to motivate Tiff.

As much as I hated this arc, it seems like there is some development for Tiff as a character. Stef seems to represent her old self, and maybe Tiff is leaving that behind. But if it continues into next week, I’ll have to seriously consider dropping this comic.

And I hope that’s the end of that

Spelling variations notwithstanding, Steph the Roomie’s ongoing references to Marion Knight are getting a bit tedious. Good job with the slam, Tiff!

What’s ironic is a lot of people on this board have, once Tiffany gained a few pounds, repeated their wish that she get as thin as she was in high school. They were in fact very impatient that this happen. They also want her to get involved with Ox (for reasons I could analyze elsewhere). So in a way Stef may be as much of a reflection of a group of (male?) board commentators as of early Tiffany.

Is her whole identity spun around her boyfriend?

Shoog? Is that the backhanded word for Sugar?

It is nice to see Stef in anything besides that awful cheerleader outfit.

Kip never showed up like many thought he would. If he was interested in Tiffany he wouldn’t show up at 5:30 am looking for sex.

I seriously hope that in the next strips we see Steff get the rude awakening that she deserves when she finds out that her relationship with Kip is not this ridiculous fairy tale that she makes it out to be. I’m almost betting that Kip has grown tired of her annoying smothering fakeness. I mean we’ve seen some of his expressions when she starts talking about their relationship. It’s almost as if hes saying to himself what planet is this girl from because that is not the way it is between us.

In answer to your question, yes, Tiff, you were just as annoying.

Next week – Tiffany is working at the Fuse – when Kip shows up and the two of them have a nice long chat about Stef.

Tiffany knows exactly what will make her happy. She wants to date Kip and she’s going to let Stef shoot herself in the foot with all this matchmaking. Of course, no one cares about Ox’s feelings. Tiff doesn’t owe him anything because she never led Ox on, but Stefanie is going to talk to him next and get his hopes up. Hopefully Tiffany will explain to him what’s going on.

Stef sucks, but I still think she’s right that Ox and Tiff would make a nice couple if Tiff would give him a chance.

Stefani Bird is not a lifestyle coach, Stefani is not a therapist and Stef is not Tiffany’s Friend.

She has already lived through all of that, no more.

And in just one simple move, Tiff was a happier person. You go, girl!

Well, at least that can provide temporary relief from Stefani. She may not have migraines, but she is definitely a carrier.
