Actually I’m kind of down with this. Remember how Gunther became Gun when Bets moved in on him? I think Tiff could actually bring out some of the potential I see in him.

Leslie Knox wouldn’t interest Tiffany, Fort Knox is what would interest Tiffany.

Tiffany already knows that, but chose to ignore him.

If Tiffany wanted a wealthy bachelor, Oxford is the candidate.

Is Tiff surprised or ready to gag?

Leslie has a something for you, Tiff, but it’s not a crush.

I doubt that Les said “crush”. He probably mumbled her name, and Tiff exaggerated the whole thing into, “He LOVES me!”

How many more romance can this strip take?

So much for Luann never maturing or growing up. Tiffany is still in Jr. High.

And Tiffany is impressed by this? Evidently, her standards have changed.

A crush? …. More like The Hots..

I have a crush on my wife. She tolerates me fairly well.

Isn’t the the guy who spent a week playing in his toilet.

Les, with a low paying job and no real aspirations, is not going to fit well with Tiffany, unless she wants a house-husband.

Hardly — she only has feelings for herself.

Tiff is missing the subtle message from Dez that her loud giggling was worse than Steph’s moaning, cuz she’s already adapted…

…also, I wonder if Tiff’s excitement at having some gossip might be misconstrued as excitement about the crush…

They say that opposites attract, but in this case I’m not too sure Tiff will gravitate towards Les. Too unrefined.

I just hope she gives him a makeover, the way she did for Gunther. Once one can look at him without barfing, and considering the affection and compassion he shows for his cat, he might be salvageable. They do have some stuff in common.

Les’s mommie, Ann Eiffel should put a stop to that!

Poor Dez, what sadness in that “I’m used to”. She shouldn’t let Stef walk all over her like that. Les’ secret isn’t exactly a revelation, but how will Tiffany deal with him now? The fact that she burst out laughing when she heard it doesn’t seems like the beginning of a love story. Not to mention the sad prospect of having Ann Eiffel as a mother-in-law.

I don’t think Tiff has dated since the “Great Depression.”

As I was saying (or was going to say) NEVER tell someone something you know should be secret — ESPECIALLY if it involves that someone!

I would like to see the Gunther and Tiifa5 relationship be revisited. That ship was hinted at but abandoned a few years ago.

This could get awkward. Les and Tiff developed a real friendship when they dealt with Ann together, but it’s never seemed romantic on Tiff’s part. Didn’t he even kiss her once? I can’t see her with Les or Ox. Ox is sweet, but he’s been portrayed as somewhat one-dimensional. She needs to meet someone new.

If you have a crush on someone and she giggles about it for hours, it’s probably not a good sign.

Dez needs to put her foot down…Stef’s throat

Tiff and Les are both characters on a slow redemption arc, not surprised that they may get together, just for shiggles.

Annnnd…we’re 12 again.

Didn’t Leslie basically assault Tiff during their first scene together, and Ox had to save her?

Les has some good qualities and he helped Tiff get rid of Awful Ann. Uncle Al seems to have a lot of money and Les may get some of it. I wouldn’t be shocked to find that Tiffany may like him.

we’ve known about Les’s crush on Tiff for a while; but can it be reciprocal? If so, can Tiff motivate him into have some goals in life besides washing dishes, playing video games? Punk is a good listener.

Tiff you have turn him down over the years, And Les has had the biggest crush on you over the years.

Maybe someday we’ll find out how Al got his money. Then we call the FBI

Maggie Smith, of the Harry Potter films, and Downton Abbey, has passed away at 89.

She was a great British actress and will be greatly missed.

My guess is that this is just Tiffanys interpretation of what Bets told her Les said.

The fact that Les is crushing on Tif isn’t new. It goes back to the Ann Eifell false branded sexy lingerie scam, at least.

I don’t know all the characters. Who’s Leslie Knox?

I guess it fits with this strip that the “big reveal” was something that everyone, including Tiffany, already knew for years. It even mentions on the strip’s TV Tropes page that Les was into Tiffany throughout high school. And in college, Gunther’s jealousy of the two hanging out was because he knew Les had a thing for Tiffany and he didn’t trust Les. He explicitly said so to her! So this is hardly breaking news, unless of course Les’s previous crush on Tiffany was retconned away just like Gunther’s semester-long trip to Peru and Prudence’s entire existence.

Maybe not but understandable. My beloved Tiffany has improved bigly.

I feel protective of Les. And shame on Bets.

I’m still holding out for Tiff and Ox.

So Tiff is acting like she had absolutely no idea Les had a crush on her? Seriously?? Most of the other characters in the strip have known it for years.

I know G&K like to make Luann appear clueless and stupid every chance they get. Looks like they are now going to do the same for Tiffany.

Tiffany seems more amused than thrilled by the news of a crush. However, Stef will be thrilled by this news, since she wants to ship Tiff with ANYONE but her Kip!!!!

Since G&K seem to be resistant to the idea of introducing new main characters to the strip, I guess Tiffany and Les wouldn’t be all bad. He does have a good head for business schemes, and she hasn’t had a boyfriend in like…her whole life.

And better Les than Ox!! (Since we only have the existing characters to choose from and Gunther is taken). Ox would be HORRIBLE. He still has to think about how to tie his shoes every morning….. first the rabbit goes in the hole, then…..

My impression is that Tiffany is special to the male readers. They don’t care if Kip bangs Stef all night long, or if Gunther and Bets get laid in their van, only stopping for burgers at Micky D.’s, but guys are more jealous of Tiffany and think she deserves the best and the richest. No Walmart or White Castle in her future
