Nonstop sex is not a dilemma I had to struggle with back in those years. Still you really need to think where you and Steff are going, it does not seem good for you.
This reminds me of a popular meme were a couple was walking away from the camera but the boy has turned to look at a really good looking girl walking the other way. And his girlfriend has a outraged look on her face.
The problem for me is that I couldn’t care less what happens to Stef.
Looks like he’s about to dump that “beach”. Then, will he take up with Tiff? And will he be constantly stalked by his ex? Stay tuned, folks—for the next episode of LIFE IN THE LUANNIVERSE.
Kip really should piece together by now that she views him extremely possessively and takes their relationship for granted, especially after she keeps taking money from him. I mean that whole thing with the ring should’ve been a big red flag in of itself.
One shouldn’t just dump someone if they think there’s someone better within reach, but if you’re on eggshells the whole time then it’s not worth it. You don’t get this time back.
One thing I have learned over the years… If you’re dating a woman and she has a really annoying friend who doesn’t like you… Just make a casual comment to your girlfriend about how you think her friend “looks kinda pretty these days”… and almost immediately, like magic, her friend will be gone…
Okay, I see what G&K are doing; this is simply a recycle of the dynamic which Luann and Tiff had in the ‘90s concerning Aaron Hill. Though Tiff was far more attractive, she was so insecure she would still sabotage Luann at every opportunity to get closer to Aaron. Now on the retro Luann from 1996, Luann is upset that Tiff told Aaron she went to Iceland so she would not be invited to an Aaron Hill pool party but is elated when she has Gunther obtain the invite list to see that she was on it though Tiff said she was not. The only difference is that Stef does have Kip (for now) while neither Tiff nor Luann ever became a couple with Aaron, though Diane, the girl of Brad’s dreams pre-2001, did date him…..
Stef, clearly you are threatened, and it’s why you constantly feel the need to cut down everyone around you. You’re insecure to a fault, you don’t appreciate Kip for himself, and you are desperate for any reassurance that you’re worthy. He deserves a lot more than you give him, and you don’t deserve what you take from him.
Stef’s logic is impressive. She’s totally sure to be better than Tiffany, but she doesn’t want to take any risks. In the end, she doesn’t trust anyone. Kip should leave her, unfortunately he’s totally enthralled by her. The evil pun at the end is very good and show, once again, what Ste thinks about Tiffany.
Why on earth would they match up Tiffany and Kip? He is obviously just as much a sex maniac as Steffanie is, and would expect any new girl he dates to be the same. If she wasn’t he would just go back to Stefanie. Or are we really supposed to believe he is a moral young man being enslaved by an evil girl? Poor Kip. It’s so sad he has no control over his own body. There should be a law LOL!
Get out, Kip! Get out while you still can! Better no sex than sleeping with a super jealous woman. Who knows what sharp objects might come to hand while you’re snoring?
Is Stef jealous of the females on the beach that she thinks Kip will look at? A beach is nice to look at. Hope he comes to his senses sooner rather than later. She is bad news for any man.
I just got the word play on beach in panel 3 today. Good punchline. It should have been recognized by this old, perverted mind sooner; must be slipping (lol). Her attitude fits her personality and the setup, remains to be seen how the arc will tell the story.
Time the leave this beach far behind. Trust is a very important part of a relationship, and it seems she has very little of that. He should save himself aggravation and move on.
Stef is right. She has sensed Tiffany’s interest in Kip, and she’s seen Kip’s attraction to Tiff. Women know these things, they can smell chemistry. It’s just not very attractive to be so jealous, and she should keep it to herself. I had a friend back in the day, who was extremely attractive to women. They were always drawn to him, even when his wife was around. He loved the attention, and never acted on it, but it drove his wife crazy. I remember hearing her say “can you try being a little less charming just once in your life?” Stef needs to realize how poisonous jealousy can be to a relationship, unless, of course, Kip, being the dog he is, has given her reasons to be jealous in the past, which wouldn’t surprise me at all.

You’re “property,” Kip.
“Bragging Rights,” nothing more.
It’s amazing that you’re only just now waking up to it.
The big questions are:
1) Are you content to remain “properly?”
2) And if NOT, what are you going to DO about it?

Gee, what a “couple.”
Stef is INSUFFERABLE and KIP is CLUELESS.
Perhaps “Kippie-Po” suffered too many “helmet hits” on the field.
Kip? Your “mistress” treats her her roommates and everybody else like CRAP. You KNOW that, yet you’re still with her?
I sometimes wonder who is really using WHO in this so called “relationship.”Someone else said it best the other day: Tiffany can do better. ;-)
