OMG! Tiffany is going in for a kiss!! Will he kiss her back??

I knew this was going to get good. ;)

Yikes. Tiff. I don’t think he was wanting a kiss. I think he just wanted to reassure you because Stef was putting you down. I hope she will not feel deflated when he backs away from her attempt to kiss him. She should’ve stayed neutral and just let Kip talk and just listen and say thank you. Be classy.

Whoa-oh! Tiffany, whatever you’re thinking, whatever Kip is saying to you—DON’T kiss him or do anything else until he’s broken up with Stefani for good and you’re sure he feels the same about you.

THAT is very possibly the most amateurish, clumsy, sadly cringe worthy, out of synch, out of character excuse for a comic strip I have ever seen.

I mean, even as an example of the series itself, it is dreadful.

Good for Kip!I want him to kiss her back.But she could make it a simple thank you kiss.Don’t make Tiffany suffer because of this.

Kip has compassion for Tiffany, and he is getting disgusted with Stef. That is why he ran after Tiffany. Hopefully this will be the end of Stef’s relationship with Kip. It would be nice if Stef left the strip. The kiss doesn’t seem realistic, but neither does Tiffany keeping on the weight after Ann left. Tiffany is young and hasn’t had a child, so losing weight after giving up binging on jelly donuts should have been fairly easy. However, this is a comic strip, and the change in Tiffany is better than keeping her as the snob she used to be.

Boy what a promising week for patented misdirection plays. App kinds of humocomedy (my word). Defy anyone to accurately predict.

What a giant head compared to Kip’s! Is Tiffany going to kiss Kip or is she going to swallow his head with those lips?

So Tiffany isn’t poaching on Stef, though Tiffany has endlessly poached on Luann. So the today’s Tiffany’s conscience is clear, it’s all Kip’s fault for coming on to her. Not that Stef will see it that way. The high school Tiiffany (the interesting one) wouldn’t have waiting this long to throw herself at him. One difference between how Karen writes the strip and Greg.

I fear Tiffany is about to face the sad truth. That Kip might really like her, but he would never have a relationship with her. Regardless of whether he’s with Stef or not. Or she and Kip will kiss and begin a secret affair that will ruin everyone’s lives.

Why is this surprising? Kip, despite being hooked up with Steffi, has shown some common sense. And, Kip is the first guy Tiffany has shown any kind of interest in I don’t know how long. And, then wait until Steffi sees and or hears about this. I expect the proverbial fur will fly.

Just a compliment, Tiff, not an invitation to a kiss! That’s in your mind.

Kip is trying to make Tiff feel better but she’s taking it in a whole different way! You can tell that he’s surprised by her approaching him as to kiss.

Been a few days over 21 years since I went out on my first date with my wife. I asked her for a date. She said that although she wanted to go out with me she would never have been so forward as to have asked me. I had to ask her. Wouldn’t have happened otherwise. I say “Go for it”, Tiff. Apologies are easy, missing a chance OTOH…

And that applies to real life as well as ’toon.

We always knew Kip was a good fellow.

All this talk about whose first, I’m on east coast, I get up at 5am, but I’m still the 43rd person to post. (Sat I was in the 40s out of 80 or so.) I mentioned it to my wife, how many people love to post on this. I love this comic, been following it for decades, went back, read from the beginning, it’s neat how so many take an interest in it.And this comic has given us a good long and developing story line, following these kids since high school (BRING BACK KNEUT!)I don’t think he’s going to kiss her. We were all wrong sat about what was going to happen, kip felt bad about what Steph said, and Bing her bf he feels responsible for her and her effects on other people. He is finally starting to to push back on what she’s doing, but I don’t think he’s ready to fully break free, even if he may be heading in that direction. We all want him to, but there is a strong dose of reality in this comic, and that’s what I think will be the result. She’s over come with emotion, he’s going to pull away.However, I also feel Tiff is going to do something else. We know she’s attracted to Kip from when he stayed w her, but I don’t think she’s going to complete that kiss.

Tiffany doesn’t know what bad things Stef said about her. Stef was in the bedroom with Kip when she said them. All Tiffany heard was that Les was probably into the Boss Lady because men like powerful women. Kip should watch what he says to Tiffany.

Definitely, Kip feels domineered by Stef. Hearing someone has the hots for Tif makes him jealous since he has feeling for her. He openly tells Stef he likes Tif though she protests. He sees a chance to chat with her in Stef’s absence and takes off after her before Stef without waiting for Stef. What happens next? We will find out.

Five more days left this week! Is Stef looking out of the dorm window now? Is another character watching? Is Kip going to push Tiffany away and say, “What are you doing? I don’t love you!” Is Gunther going to run his big fat mouth and tell Stef that Kip ran after Tiffany? Tune in tomorrow for the next episode of Luann!

Tiff better think about his expectations, like the ones he has with his current girlfriend. Like a lot of “down” time.

I started following Luann several years ago…if I’m not mistaken, in HS, she was thinner and had quite a svelt figure, pretty enough to be a cheerleader. Then, for some reason, she gained quite a bit of weight, which she’s never quite lost. So, I can see why Kip phrased it the way he did.

Hopin’ it don’t end up in heart break … I like Tiff … :\
