YAY! All’s Well That Ends Well!

Bets came through for the guys and a nice solution was found. Poor Stef won’t know what hit her! lol

I’m sure Les will be thrilled to have his room back again… before he turned into a hunchback. ;) I hope she gives the guys some sort of gift, as thanks, for being such gracious hosts.

Bets could have done this last year and saved us all the trauma. GnK could have explored a half dozen other stories instead.

Aww this is sweet! And ppl think they aren’t friends.

And as I thought, they want Tiff back in the dorms for story purposes. But Im excited. Trust and believe Bets will have the situation with Steph handled one way or the other.

Hopefully, Bets can give Stef a kick in the posterior, the way she just did with Tiff. (Apparently, the “a” word can be used in the strip itself, but not in the comments.)

Does Dez still do naked……….?

Well, that was unexpected and hyper anticlimactic! So Tiff “grows a pair(?)” and moves back to the dorm but doesn’t have to room with Stef anymore! How is that Tiff “growing a pair” in any way shape or form.

So now what will happen? Bets will straighten Stef out or now Dez will make Tiff’s life hell?

AND Tiff just doesn’t look like the Tiff that left for the dorm party!

So in the long run Tiff got one thing she wanted in switching places with Bets. Bets is really making a sacrifice to deal with Stef but she might use the opportunity to get some hits for her social media platform by using Stef. Tiff and Dez will certainly be the odd couple. I wonder what Dez is going to think about this development.

Speaking of growing a set, there are two guys who don’t have a set between them…

Man, Les and Gunnie sure look happy like they just hit a long shot trifecta at Santa Anita or Del Mar. Hopefully the lads have learned a lesson about getting taken advantage of but I suspect Les will still do almost anything for a pretty young lady (maybe the coupon girl makes a return) and Gunnie, well he is still the type of guy who ends up in awkward predicaments because he has never learned to say “No”! Irma never taught the kid that “No!” is a complete sentence and can be used to answer any unreasonable request……

Okay, Bets has solved the “problem.”

Now, Gunther, Les, and Tiffany are now beholding to her.

And We all know that Bets collects.

Stef won’t know what hit her.

OTOH, Tiffany has apparently forgotten that Dez is a nudist.

Two troubling items remain:

1) Everything Bets is going to do to stand up to Stef, Tiffany herself COULD have done. Not exactly the makings of a future “Tycoon.”

2) Bets and Gunther still have to deal with Al and Irma’s bullsh*t. :-)

Hopefully, Bets is not going to put up with any of Stef’s usual crapola.

Problem solved. Poor Gun want get no cuddle time Bets.

OK – A good arc coming up – how Bets handles Stef…

Yeah, Bets, all for her? Right…knowing very well you’re gonna stay with Gunther from now on….who cares about Irma and Al’s old fashioned rule? Stef and Kip can have the room all to themselves. You pulled the ultimate scheme and Tiff fell right into it. But it solved everyone’s problem. Not including the Grays – you’ve given them one.

Great last panel. She’s (Betts) doing it for Gunther. She plans on spending most of her time with him, so Steffy will be joyfully alone. So, Betts is making everyone happy! Yay Betts!!

I know that people these days are a bit confused about the pink and the blue, but telling someone who very clearly is, and always has been, a girl to grow a pair is not going help to resolve that confusion.

Bets seems to be the real adult in the room!

What if Dez doesn’t want Tiff as her roommate?

After 2 weeks Stef will go missing

Stef and Kip will be happy. They’ll have a room to themselves. I wonder if Les understands that he just swapped one obnoxious female roommate for another one.

Bets is probably planning to spend alot of nights with Gunther.

Why is Gunther jumping for joy?

Finally they did the simple roommate change that solves (almost) everything! Both Bets and Tiffany will return to the dorm and Tiffany can be with someone who can actually teach her so many good things. I hope Bets has the patience to not beat Stef. But seeing how happy Gunther and Les are too will give her the strength to resist.

Just wait ’til Tiff finds out that Dez snores like a diesel rig going down a 30% grade with the Jake brake on and a full load.

So, now is she going to have a talk with Gunth about growing a pair?

Don’t remember who, but good call by those who predicted switching roommates at the Quad.

Stef will provide a wealth of material for her IG feed. Smart.

It looks like Gunther and Les also need to grow a pair. They should have kicked Tiffany out!

OR, move back to the mansion, have Bets and Dez as roommates there, and let Stef fend for herself. You’ll all have all the room you need, it’ll be free, the house will be getting used, and Stef will learn the consequences of her actions.

There is NO reason for Tiffany to cram herself into a dorm room when her home is within easy driving distance.

Okay, so those who can’t stand Bets are a bit non-plusses to say the least although there is still some opaque, and to me, irrational hate. But let’s move past it. A brilliant, thoughtful, smartest adult in the room move by the “scorned” Bets here and it will be good for Tiffany who needs to not live alone in that cold, lonely mansion, if she ever is going to be a whole person and yet again Bets has been a true “friend” to Tiffany. On the conduct of Al and Irma here, I think GnK plan to punt on that for this arc but the confrontation is likely inevitable. My money is on Bets both with wiseguy and his disappointing spouse, and with Stefi, who is insufferable only. And while still loving Gunther. But I’m projecting now (lol).

Why don’t they all move into her mansion with her??

Wow, that’s a big sacrifice on Bets’ part!

Rut Roh…..Steff is going to get her comeuppance.

I want to say that Tif tried to stand up to Stef, with very little support from the roomies other than stupid things like the privacy zone tent, which probably made Stef feel even more entitled. Hopefully Tif will have Dez’ back better than Dez had hers.

I thought the privacy hut was in the common room so Tiffany basically had the bedroom to herself as Steff spents most nights with Kip in the hut.

And Bets is (kinda) redeemed! Simplest solution, and it’s not like she’ll be in the dorm much with her sneaking onto Al’s property to shag Gunth.

Last time we saw Stef, she was (sorta) helping Tiffany investigate the break-in, and being supportive, as if they all might be future friends….

Bets is such a great friend. She helped Tiffany get the discipline to move back to the dorm.

The look on Bets’ face in the third panel has quid pro quo, written all over it.

Do I see subtle sarcasm in Bet’s expression? Yes Tiff, its all for “you”.

I guess Dez doesn’t get a say in who her roomie will be, but she is kind and easy going. Now, Bets and Steph; THAT will be interesting, lol

If Tiffany actually “grew a pair” if would certainly freak out the boys!

Two things:1. When does a woman ever tell another woman to “grow a pair”?2. Wouldn’t this be something if this was a ploy by Tiffany to get what she wanted all along — in effect, becoming a “business tycoon”?

Les is thrilled that Tiffany is finally leaving. I don’t think he has any interest in her beyond friendship. He’s had at least a month to make a move and he never did. I think it is from seeing how Tiffany is up close. Familiarity breeds contempt.

If Bets stays with Gun and Les, she doesn’t need to room with Stef, either.

I’m glad this is resolved, but the execution could’ve been better. This week’s old habit of bashing Tiffany was sort of tiresome. I feel like Bets could’ve led with, “Guess who else took advantage of her roommate’s hospitality? STEF! When she did it to you! You don’t want to be like STEF do you?” Tiffany may lack self-awareness but her opinion of Stef is so low that even looking a fraction of as bad to other people as Stef looked to her would mortify her.

I feel like it would’ve been better than just saying, “Look at how immature and greedy you are!” because, yeah she was spoiled, but the boys reinforced her belief that they liked letting her stay.

Also Tiffany’s outburst and tears still made it so she got her way since the only thing she hated about the dorm was Stef and being dramatic about it was what made Bets decide to swap dorms. Also if Bets and Dez knew they could manage Stef’s obnoxious nonsense, it would have saved so much time for them to step up after the big feud over the “stolen” ring. Anyone would have realized that, to Tiffany, Stef’s accusatory behavior ruined any chance of amicable rapport and would have made living with her have a atmosphere of tension and resentment.

Why don’t they move into Tiff’s mansion? Al won’t be a problem.

Bets is actually a good friend to Tiff. She is straight with her and helping her. Even here where she is helping herself. At least she is honest with her.

And, didn’t she stay at the manse over the summer? There should be at least some good vibes between them.

It’s a win-win-win. Tiff doesn’t have to move home alone, Stef will be confronted with her bad habits, Bets gets to make the boys happy (since they refuse to act like men).

But what happens when Gun is kicked out, for news of this episode will surely reach Al now.

Respectfully, why should Tiff have to “grow a pair”? She is a female, and the two people in the room with a pair are letting Bets, a female, do there dirty work. Tiff shouldn’t have to meet Bets non explicit standards for adulthood, which is begining to sound more and more like man = adult. Maybe Gunther needs to grow some overies.

Bets could have led with this solution, instead of the tirade. Nice of her to find a solution for Tiff, and for the guys. I think they’re celebrating early though.Steff may have a few things to say about rooming with Bets, although she was impressed with the number of Bets’ vlog followers. If Kip is still around, there may be competition for the “privacy room”.

Stef won’t get any satisfaction from harassing Bets because Bets won’t react to her taunts, but if she does, it will probably be by doing something like…oh, I don’t know…..BRINGING OUT HER PHONE!! LOL! Upside for Tiff is going to be all the tea and brownies, but….why didn’t Dez suggest this when she came to visit??

OMG!! I think that Bets has pulled a fast one. I have to admit, I may be a victim of my own projection. She gets Tiffany to move. She looks so triumphant. se moves into the Gulag with Gunther, which is her plan. She confronts Wiseguy and. to be charitable, his weird, suffocating to her son wife, whom she loves, and where she does not like to be told what to do, she is totally unafraid of Wiseguy or ginger head, and she plans to confront them with their hypocrisy. Oh, I hope I’m wrong, but Bets is smart and no pushover. This ain’t over people. Oh, what a tangled web you weave GnK. Kudos to the poster who stated her belief and apologies to the long-time poster whom I was sarcastic too.

Okay and Bets.. just went up in my opinon and proved she’s actually Tiff’s friend. Not only was her advice.. actually good, but she agreed to solve the actual problem keeping tiff out of the dorm. Granted I .. really can’t stand the two doofuses celebrating in the back, at all, you guys did nothing and deserve nothing, but I can give bets credit for actually solving the problem instead of just saying tough it up when called on it.

The boys think they have their man cave back, but I think they just traded Tiffany for Bets. We’ll see.

No, the answer is to kick Steffo the Stereotype out altogether! She’s never going to be a likable character, Evans. She’s your Scrappy Doo.

Since today is Friday, I’m wondering if the arc will continue tomorrow. Meanwhile, following with my several days of “chicken” comparisons, I’ll add Tiffany to the flock of chickens, while still retaining her crybaby status. As for the two males, they went from “bwawking” to growing feathers yesterday to a full “chicken dance” today. And my opinion as far as those saying Bets should have solved this “problem” by moving in with Stef months ago – since when is Bets responsible for catering to Tiffany? She’s done enough here today as it is. And I don’t foresee Bets spending much more time at the Gulag than she did before. We must remember that it wasn’t Tiffany presence there that kept her away and/or from spending the night – it was Al and Irma laying down the law about living together that accomplished that. And Al’s action of checking on why her car is still there shows that nothing has changed that policy. Well, when the arc changes, maybe I won’t be so grumpy and critical. I can always hope, lol.

Bets would do it, and that solves the problem! The weeny boys rejoice (for whatever reason or reasons). But, as for that “Yup. All for you.” part…well, we know better, don’t we. Bets has her motives, and they’re not all entirely altruistic….
